按最終客戶若透過共同供應契約或獨立開標等採購方式購買Microsoft大量授權方案之微軟產品 (含 EA/EAS/SCE/Select Plus/ Open Value/Enrollment for Education Solutions/ School/MPSA)，過去微軟會提供紙本產品原廠採購授權文件 (Order Confirmation)，不過於2024/07/01起，微軟將不再提供文件。客戶需按照下單時授權方案的不同自行由微軟網站查詢該文件：Enterprise Agreement (EA/EAS/SCE)/Select Plus/Open Value/ Enrollment for Education Solutions (EES)/School請至：Microsoft M365 Admin Center (microsoft.com)；Microsoft Product and Service Agreement (MPSA)請至 : Volume Licensing Field Center (microsoft.com)；CSP 請至: Lynx (microsoft.com)。客戶將可以經由上述網址查詢授權軟體明細。

用戶端存取使用權和管理授權-Remote Desktop
若貴組織的工作站具有網路，您很可能是依賴網路伺服器軟體來執行特定功能，例如檔案及列印共用。若要合法存取此伺服器軟體，可能會需要用戶端存取使用權 (CAL)。CAL 本身並非軟體產品，而是種授權；能賦予使用者存取伺服器服務的權限。每個使用者需要購買一個 User CAL。
