按最終客戶若透過共同供應契約或獨立開標等採購方式購買Microsoft大量授權方案之微軟產品 (含 EA/EAS/SCE/Select Plus/ Open Value/Enrollment for Education Solutions/ School/MPSA)，過去微軟會提供紙本產品原廠採購授權文件 (Order Confirmation)，不過於2024/07/01起，微軟將不再提供文件。客戶需按照下單時授權方案的不同自行由微軟網站查詢該文件：Enterprise Agreement (EA/EAS/SCE)/Select Plus/Open Value/ Enrollment for Education Solutions (EES)/School請至：Microsoft M365 Admin Center (microsoft.com)；Microsoft Product and Service Agreement (MPSA)請至 : Volume Licensing Field Center (microsoft.com)；CSP 請至: Lynx (microsoft.com)。客戶將可以經由上述網址查詢授權軟體明細。

Microsoft Entra 私人存取可解除鎖定認為是私人或內部之完整網域名稱 (FQDN) 和 IP 位址的能力，以管理組織加以存取方式。 透過私人存取，可以將組織使用者存取私人應用程式和資源的方式現代化。
Microsoft Entra Private Access 取代了傳統的 VPN，提供更高的安全性和更低的操作複雜性。傳統 VPN 需要開放接收端口，這可能會增加攻擊者的入侵風險，而 Microsoft Entra Private Access 則不需要開放這些端口，更提供不同的應用程式整合和安全性層級。
